Quality Inspection: Before dispatch, our Concierge team provides detailed digital previews of your items. Once you approve the Bespoke Quality of your selection, the order is processed.

Returns: Due to the bespoke nature of our sourcing process, returns are only accepted if the item arrives damaged or differs significantly from the approved selection.

Refunds: If a return is approved, refunds will be processed once the item is returned to our center in its original, unworn condition with all G&G security tags intact.
